Website Ownership: Upon the completion of the website development and hosting services, the ownership of the website, including all content, design, and associated files, will remain with Noah Price (the service provider) for a period of two (2) years from the date the website goes live.
Transfer of Ownership: After the two-year period, full ownership rights to the website will automatically transfer to the client, provided that all payments and outstanding balances for services have been made in full. At this point, the client will receive full access and control over the website, including administrative access and ownership of all website files and data.
Usage Rights: During the two-year ownership period, the client will have full access to the website for usage purposes, including but not limited to content updates, user management, and day-to-day operations. However, the service provider retains legal ownership of the website’s structure, design, and backend development during this time.
Early Transfer of Ownership: If the client wishes to transfer ownership of the website before the two-year period expires, a separate agreement and an early transfer fee may be negotiated between the client and the service provider.
Hosting and Maintenance: For the duration of the two-year ownership period, the service provider will continue to manage hosting, updates, and maintenance as outlined in the service agreement. Any major changes or redesign requests may incur additional costs.
Termination of Services: In the event of non-payment, breach of contract, or termination of services within the two-year period, the service provider reserves the right to retain ownership of the website and take it offline until any issues are resolved.
Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created during the development of the website, including code, designs, and content, will remain the property of the service provider during the two-year period. The client will have a limited license to use the website as needed for business operations.
By entering into this agreement, the client agrees to these terms and conditions regarding website ownership and management for the initial two-year period.
